Instructions:

1) Combine glutinous rice flour and granulated sugar.

2) Pour in hot water slowly while mixing until well combined.

3) Steam the mochi mixture for about 10 minutes until translucent. (You can also microwave it for about 3 1/2 minutes.)

4) Cover workspace with A LOT of the glutinous rice flour, and pour the steamed mochi onto workspace. Roll out the mochi and cut into circles.

5) Apply a layer of red bean paste about the strawberry. Then wrap the mochi around the strawberry.
