Instructions:

1) Whisk the cake flour, bread flour, baking soda, and salt together.

2) Beat the butter, brown sugar, and sugar with a mixer until light and fluffy. Add in eggs one by one. Then mix in the vanilla.

3) Add in the dry ingredients and mix just until combined. *don't over mix!* Stir in chocolate chunks.

4) Cover the dough with plastic wrap, making sure the wrap in pressed directly against the dough. Chill for 24-72 hours.

5) Preheat the oven to 350°F and divide the dough into portions of about 1/4 cup. Place the proportioned dough on baking sheets with parchment paper. (Optional) Sprinkle sea salt on top of each cookie.

6) Bake for 18-20 mins.

7) Cool, then enjoy with a cold glass of milk!
