1) Whisk the flour, baking soda, and salt together.
2) Beat the brown sugar and butter together with a mixer until smooth and creamy. Then whisk
in the eggs one at a time. Add in vanilla extract.
3) Mash the bananas and add into mixture until combined.
4) Slowly add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients and mix until there are
no flour pockets. Fold in any extra toppings. (nuts, chocolate chips, etc.)
5) Preheat the oven to 350°F. Coat a loaf pan (preferably 9x5-inch) with nonstick spray
or use parchment paper, and pour batter into the prepared pan. Add any extra toppings on top.
6) Bake for about 1 hour, covering the top of the bread with aluminum foil after 30 minutes
to prevent the tops and sides from browning too much.
7) Cool completely, then eat away!
